Oh my! Is it Friday already!? Time is just getting away from me at the moment. I am working on many projects at the same time (as I am sure you have noticed 😉 ) and it is time for Block 7 of Circles of the Sun. The square of this week kind of reminds me of a sunflower, what do you think? If you make the flower in yellow I really think it will look like a sunflower. And that fits the theme perfectly 😀

My Cushion
I used Scheepjes Cotton 8 to make this square:
- Round 1 – olive (669)
- Round 2 – jeans blue (711)
- Round 3 – canary (714)
- Round 4 – olive (669)
- Round 5 – orange (716)
- Round 6 – light gray (700)
- Round 7 – bordeaux (717)
- Round 8 – orange (716)
- Round 9 – jeans blue (711)
I have been putting all my squares together and I really love the way they work together. Is yours also coming along so well? What a silly question, of course it is! With such a great design by Tatsiana from LillaBjorn Corchet you cannot fail 😀 See you next week for block 8.

I have just watched this video. I plan to make the cushion and I have bought the yarn. I am not sure why I started watching at block 7 first, but I did! I wanted to thank you for making an English video, you explain things so clearly – one of the best crochet videos I have watched. Your videos will really help me understand overlay crochet – so thank you so much. Have a happy weekend. Elaine
