Here we are, on the half way point. It’s Week 3 of I want that bag! CAL designed by Kimberly from Just a Girl and a Hook. Our bag is now really starting to grow and slowly but surely a bag is starting to emerge from under our crochet hooks.

Video Tutorial Part 3

This week we are making starstiches and moss stitches, both stitches I enjoy making. Take note of the way we work the start stich in this CAL. Often you turn you work backside facing for the second part of the stitch. We are not doing that here. To help you make this bag I have a video tutorial of week 3 for you.

My bag

I am using Scheepjes Bloom Scheepjes Bloom in the colors Azalea (426), French Lavender (402), Violet (403), Tulip (406), Geranium (408) and Dark Fern (411) with a Clover Amour 5mm (US H) crochet hook, my favorite hook. For part 3 I have used the following color distribution
