This is always my favorite moment of any project; the moment when a WIP becomes a FO. Tadah! Here is my Endless Love Skinny Scarf, made with Scheepjes Whirl in the colorway Raspberry Rocky Roads yarn.
Scheepjes Whirl Yarn
The yarn that I used is Scheepjes Whirl, which is a cotton/acrylic mix yarn with a very slow color gradient available in 22 colorways named after ice cream flavors. The 1000 meter cakes are large enough for a variety of projects including accessories and home deco. Scheepjes Whirl is available from Wool Warehouse (UK/Int), Knotty House (CA) or your favorite Scheepjes stockist.
Endless Love Skinny Scarf
I was going for a luxurious end result, to turn something simple like a skinny scarf into a feeling of pure indulgence. With the design I made the Whirl cake is large enough to make a skinny scarf that is 9 meters (10 yards) long!!! That is long enough for 5 large wrap arounds.
I have been wearing this wrap for a while now and it is seriously turning into one of my favorite accessories. The scarf curls into itself and the many wrap-arounds ensure that the scarf looks different each time you wear it.
I will get to writing the free pattern up for you. Be sure to check back next week when I will publish the free pattern.
With love,
Esther

Esther! It is beautiful! I have been looking for a scarf pattern for Scheepjes Whirl and this is amazing- do you think it would work as an infinity scarf or would it be too bulky? Thanks!!

The yarn would deferentially work for an infinity scarf. It is soft and the drape is wonderful.

What a gorgeous scarf, I love it when you can wrap them round and round without ending up looking like the Michelin man!
