Did you love the half diamonds we started last week? I sure do! They are my favorite part of Ubuntu, and this week we make the flower motif complete. It has a mesmerizing hint of Sophie in it, but is still different. Ubuntu is designed Dedri Uys from Look at What I made for the Scheepjes crochet along 2018. Under Resources you find all the links and information you need for Ubuntu.

Video tutorials Part 5
In Part 5 we grow the 6 diamonds we started last week. As always, the step-by-step videos are available in English with UK terminology in right and left handed versions; as well as Dutch in, again, right and left handed versions. In the video description there is a link to the start of each round. If you click on the time stamp given, it will take you to the start of that round in the video.
Last week your diamonds curled a bit; this week it will curl even more. Don’t worry about this, it will straighten itself out next week when we finish the motif.
Next week we will finish the half diamonds, and the week after that, assembly!
With love,
Esther
