If you enjoyed last week, you will love this week also. We are going to extend the textured overlay details on our Rozeta blanket. Rozeta is the Scheepjes crochet along 2019, and is designed by Tatsiana from Lilla Bjorn Crochet. Yarn kits
There are kits available for all 4 colorways and in 2 yarns, which means that there has to be a kit that fits both your color preference and your budget. The Luxury Kit contains 11 Balls of Scheepjes Our Tribe and the Colour Crafter kit contains 15 balls of Scheepjes Colour Crafter. The final Colour Crafter blanket measures 175 x 145cm and the Our Tribe blanket 118 x 148cm.
Kits are available for order from Wool Warehouse (UK/International), Knotty House (USA/CA), Caro’s Atelier (NL/EU), and many other Scheepjes stockists. Thank you for supporting me by buying your yarn through the links on my blog. It costs you nothing, but I get a small commission based on your purchase.
All kits have a Rozeta label, a decorative wooden ornament, a darning needle, and a string of embroidery yarn. The luxury Our Tribe kits also contain a large basket to carry all your Rozeta yarn goodies.
Part 6 video tutorials
In part 6 we extend the overlay crochet details we started in part 5. In the videos I show you how to work these stitches and what to watch out for. You can jump to the start of a particular round by using the time stamps in the video description. The videos for part 6 are available in English UK Terms (right handed), English UK Terms (left handed), Nederlands (rechtshandig), and Nederlands (linkshandig).
My Rozeta
I am using the Dusk colorway in the beautiful Our Tribe yarn for my blanket. The details on the blanket are just lovely. The texture gives the blanket a very unique look and feel.

Next week, in part 7, we will do even more overlay crochet. Hope you are enjoying the overlay technique. See you next week.
With love,
Esther

Esther,
All I can say is: Thank God for you and stitch markers! I would never had been able to complete Rozeta through week 6 without either! My only wish is that I could have had a teacher like you back in junior high school when taking Geometry! You are so gracious & inspiring! Thank you!

Great cal but have lost the plot from part 4. It got dropped over 5 time’s trying to get those front posts straight but the time row 42 came they would not line up the chain 7 and 5 and the increase distorted the line up so much the were more often than not horizontal. After the reversing the work it became one giant missalinned mess. Great blanket but it is now languishing in a frogged mess.
