Our Rozeta is now square, but the final shape of the blanket is a rectangle. Today we make a start on the bottom panel on the blanket. It’s this panel that turns the square blanket into a rectangle. Rozeta is the Scheepjes crochet along 2019, and is designed by Tatsiana from Lilla Bjorn Crochet. In this post you find the video tutorials, and all other links you might need under resources and video tutorials.

Yarn kits
There are kits available for all 4 colorways and in 2 yarns, which means that there has to be a kit that fits both your color preference and your budget. The Luxury Kit contains 11 Balls of Scheepjes Our Tribe and the Colour Crafter kit contains 15 balls of Scheepjes Colour Crafter. The final Colour Crafter blanket measures 175 x 145cm and the Our Tribe blanket 118 x 148cm.
Kits are available for order from Wool Warehouse (UK/International), Knotty House (USA/CA), Caro’s Atelier (NL/EU), and many other Scheepjes stockists. Thank you for supporting me by buying your yarn through the links on my blog. It costs you nothing, but I get a small commission based on your purchase.
All kits have a Rozeta label, a decorative wooden ornament, a darning needle, and a string of embroidery yarn. The luxury Our Tribe kits also contain a large basket to carry all your Rozeta yarn goodies.
Part 9 video tutorials
The panel we add in part 9 is again tapestry crochet. The difference with what we have done before is that this time we are working in rows, and not in the round. Note that at the edges of the panel you can take your carrying yarn with you, or not. Both options are good, I say a few words about this at the start of the video.
You can jump to the start of a particular round by using the time stamps in the video description. The videos for part 9 are available in English UK Terms (right handed), English UK Terms (left handed), Nederlands (rechtshandig), and Nederlands (linkshandig).
My Rozeta
I am using the Dusk colorway in the beautiful Our Tribe yarn for my blanket. The panel clearly shows the arcs of the glass windows, it gives our blanket a totally different look yet again.

Next week, in part 10, we will complete the panel, and then our blanket is almost done! Not long now, we will have it finished before Christmas.
With love,
Esther
