It’s Sunday, it’s Easter, and it’s time for lazy crochet. Remember my Lazy Sunday Stipes Shawl? The perfect free pattern for a lazy crochet project. I have had people asking me if it would work with Scheepjes Whirl. Answer: yes, it does!

Materials
I made this shawl with a cake of Scheepjes Whirl in the colorway Salted Caramel Matcha (774) and a 4.0mm (US G/6) hook. Scheepjes Whirl is a twined cotton/acrylic long color changing yarn and is available from Wool Warehouse (UK/Int), Black Sheep Wools (UK/Int), Knotty House (CA), Caro’s Atelier (NL/EU), or your favorite Scheepjes stockist.
Lazy Sunday in Whirl
I am totally happy with the result, and I have worn my shawl a lot to several events. It’s light, has an interesting color change that gets people’s attention and I am still a total fan of the asymmetric shape.
If you would like to share your Lazy Sunday Stripes Shawls with me you can share it with me on my Facebook page, in my Facebook group It’s all in a Nutshell Crochet Nuts, tag me in one of your posts on Instagram or use #itsallinanutshell to help me find it.
