The video tutorials for Charlotte, designed by Dedri Uys, are finished (they have been for some time actually), but I have yet to give you an overview of the yarn amounts and colorway for my square. In this post you can find all the info in one place.
UPDATE: Charlotte has been extended to a blanket with Charlotte’s Universe.

Video tutorials
I have made video tutorials for all 3 parts of Charlotte. You can find them in one playlist on my YouTube channel, or the direct links here:
Or you can use the playlist where I have all the videos grouped together.
Yarn amounts & Colorway
The colors that I am using are from the Scheepjes Secret Garden range, more specifically Herb Garden, Wisteria Arch, Bird Bath and Wishing Well. I am using Secret Garden with a 4mm hook. You can find the details for each round in my Colorway file.
I used 97m (2 balls) of Whishing Well (735), 147m (2 balls) of Herb Garden (702), 38m (1 ball) of Bird Bath (736), and 64m (1 ball) of Wisteria Arch (733) to make my Charlotte.
Scheepjes Secret Garden is all available from Wool Warehouse (UK/Int), Love Crochet (US), or your favorite Scheepjes stockist.
This completes the mini-series for Charlotte, if you would like to look back at the journey, you can read about it in part 1, part 2 and part 3 of Charlotte. I would love to see your Charlottes or your Charlotte’s Dream blankets. If you want to you can share them with me on my Facebook page or tag me in one of your post on Instagram. You can also use #itsallinanutshell to help me find it.
With love,
Esther

Esther….left comment meant for you on Dedri’s site by mistake…will this remain online for a long time? I have to save my pennies in order to buy this yarn pack…I love Charlotte! but cannot do it right now. I’ve done the original square – and done three of them….but have not done the larger square (Charlotte’s Dream?). I’d love to do this multi-color version…maybe i can incorporate my squares in original color – one in each corner, perhaps?
will have to try and see what it looks like…want to do this in the Stonewashed…LOVE that yarn! Dedri introduced me to Scheepjes and now I’m so spoiled…have ordered other Scheepjes yarns as well…did bath mat in the Bloom – and, in fact, the main part of the bath mat was done with the Charlotte pattern…so it’s VERY SOFT and puffy and in that cotton will be very absorbent.
Thanks for this….you have whetted my appetite….and this is what I’ll be working toward,,,if I have to, I’ll put this yarn on my Christmas Wish List – perhaps those interested can get Gift Cards for the yarn from Wool Warehouse…
Thank you, Esther!
I would love to see a video or written instructions on what you did to tie in your squares together! It’s beautiful
I wanted to see how theses squares were joined, and there is no video showing that particular stitch. ?
The details for making Charlotte’s Dream are on the designer’s blog. I only made Charlotte, not Charlotte’s Dream.
thank you so much for your video’s. i made sophie and now i am doing charlotte.
Is there a difference between charlotte en charlotte dream?
Charlotte is just the square, Charlotte’s Dream is the blanket with 12 squares and a border
